Q: I have to much competiton in my sorrounding area, how can I compete in my area?
A: Lower your price initially for only one modality. Most facilities are loyal until a lower
priced vendors shows up. You may enter into a contract with the understadning that
you can be a back-up. This will allow you to get in the door and show your ability to
staff the needs of the facility. You will break even initially, but you can recoup with
anciliary service charges.
Roy: Using the above technique allowed a client of mine to begin billing $10,000 a
month two months after my email consulting session.
